The Suffolk County Half Marathon & 5 K Race went very well on Sunday.
The weather was chilly and overcast , great for running. Over 500 runners
finished, no injuries. 
     Many thanks to the participants, volunteers and sponsors. Special thanks
to Nick Spiliotis and Walter Wenzel. They are also special to us at the 
231 Business Networking Group.  Our networking group meets every
Wednesday at 7:00 AM at the Olympic Diner in Deer Park on Rt. 231.
